Movement can provide a variety of benefits, both physical and mental. Walking or running with a group of other mamas can provide a sense of community and support, as well as a sense of camaraderie and connection that can help alleviate stress and anxiety. Running with a group also provides a source of motivation and accountability, making it easier to stick to a regular routine, where you are TAKING TIME FOR YOUR SELF!  Additionally, joining a run with other mothers can provide opportunities for meaningful conversation and connection, helping to build relationships and foster a sense of community. 

We meet once a month on a Sunday at different locations listed in the registration. Our gatherings begin with a quick icebreaker, followed by either a run or a walk, depending on what is easiest for you. We have many women who choose to walk and a group that runs, and we cap the group at 15 members to keep it intimate and connected. We explore our overarching topic afterward over coffee and bite following the run. This is a way for moms to create new relationships, find time for self-care and connect.
