Can you find a better community than Coach Hill in Calgary? Well maybe you can, but I am quite partial to the west side and mature communities so when I first moved to Calgary sixteen years ago and was looking for an area that felt like home, I was instantly drawn to Coach Hill. Fast forward in time and not only is the community still amazing, but it’s also still my favorite! One of my favorite Calgary builders, Trico Homes, is now offering a rare opportunity to build a new home in Coach Hill, in the area of Coach Ridge. Trico Homes shine in Coach Ridge!
Coach Hill has so much to offer from fantastic school options, biking and walking paths, tons of amenities within walking distance, and more. You are literally a ten-minute walk to coffee at Good Earth or a spin class at Cycle Bar. The community association is very active and in the past couple of years has committed to Christmas decorating and light competitions, community stampede breakfasts, and even a pop-up rink just off Coach Hill Road. My boys love heading over for a skate during the winter months. There is access to year-round fun!
I was invited to check out Trico’s beautiful show home, The Greystone. This stunning 2900 square foot house is just one of the nine different models available to build. The floors plans are all so versatile, allowing you to build the home of your dreams. In addition to that, they have some of the widest lots in the area (which is a rarity these days!) which means they can build you the double or triple car garage you’ve always wanted.
Walking through the show home you can see that Trico homes offer panache and style. The Greystone was a clear example of this and is evident the moment you walk into the wide-open, well laid out kitchen. This had to be one of my favorite spaces in the house! Trico has done an excellent job of not just building a house but creating a place to call home, in a stunning community.
